Zesty Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbs. Reinneck Ranch Zesty Relish
1/4 tsp. mustard
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Coarse salt, tcrtaste
Paprika, to taste

Directions:
Place eggs in a meaium saucepan and add cold water; cover by 1 inch.
Bring to a rolling boil. Remove pan from heat, cover, and let stand 7
minutes. Drain and run eggs under cold water to cool. Then, in a
medium bowl, mix tog~ther the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and a
pinch of cayenne. Peel eggs, and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove
yolks to bowl with mayonniase mixture, leaving whites intact. Mash
egg yolks and mayonnaise mixture until smooth and season with salt.
Spoon mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving,
if desired.
