A phrase that really gives our product meaning. Often people spice up their spaghetti and chilli with our salsa.

Origin

This salsa is named after our daughter.

She spent a great deal of time in the hospital at the beginning of her life. As you can imagine, being a father in times like that can be quite stressful. I realized I had to find something to take my mind off of the situation, so I went home and made a batch of salsa. When I returned I gave the nurses some sample jars and they said, "You should sell this!"

I was shocked and humbled at the nurses' responses, which was very insperational for us. From there I decided to start working on fully developing the salsa.
